Wander Away

Nothing soothed my soul like
the sound of the waves or
the silence of the caves or
the end of some days

Nothing got my attention like
the good in a bad or
the truth in the sad or
the wisdom in the mad

I ain’t from the cliffs or
the jungle or the reefs
But I feel so home
when I set to roam

Not that I have a plan or
am looking for a clan
but what if there’s another soul
equally unfit; hence socially foul

For those of you
who are out of clue
on what they want
and why they taunt

They need you to obey -
To live by their way
I don’t think you’ll manage
So just live till your age
